A yellow metal propelling pencil in the Liberty's manner with turquoise stone (lid tests 9ct +)
The pencil extends and removes from the holder. The holder tests 9ct (not marked), the pencil is gilt metal + stamped MODAN & CO. The lead is very fine (approx 1mm) and the propelling mechanism works from the top.
